A two-bedroom, rent-stablized apartment in Alphabet City. It'd have giant windows overlooking Thompkins Square Park. My landlord would let me have a cat, and maybe even eventually a dog. It'd have a bike rack out front. A large (for New York) kitchen. It would be cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. One of the windows would lead to the roof of the building next door, so I could create a little patio. Oh, and it'd have a fireplace.

What do you do to get rid of a cold or flu?

It's funny, I'm just getting over a cold now. Thankfully, the virus is currently in its last stages, making me cough hysterically in a sort of virus death rattle.

Anyway, I pretty much drown myself in cold medicine. I got to know the guy at the bodega pretty well this week, as I went in every day to stock up on Tylenol Cold (day and night), Sudafed, and Sucrets. Yes, yes, I know it's not good to put so many chemicals into my body, but they make me feel better so I will continue to take them with reckless abandon.

In times of cold, I also tend to consume about a pint of Ben & Jerry's a day, drink a lot of tea and ginger ale, go through lots of Kleenex, and sleep a lot. At this point, I'm pretty sure the other girls in my building think that I'm some sort of hermit, hacking phlegm zombie.
