An ouragan of cheesiness
Every once in awhile, you find a blog posting that makes a shitty week seem like it was all worth it.
What am I talking about?
Filles Sourires has posted MP3s from Princess Stephanie's short-lived recording career. With English lyrics that translate to "he's a magical potion / tearing up my emotions", I feel as if I've discovered the holy grail of horrible, kitschy, francophone pop songs. And if the French original wasn't enough, we're given not only Princess Stephanie singing the song in English, but a host of covers as well.
I'm not gonna lie - this is as corny as it gets. It's one of those songs that has the tendancy to make your ears bleed, yet before long you notice it's in your Itunes Top 25. I can imagine this being played during one of those cheesy anime videos you find on YouTube.
